Seven -year -old Adam was put into intense therapy for sexual abuse that his mother claimed that he had exposed his little siblings to. Information that the social service only came up with only several years later.
Half a year into the treatment at the Off Clinic, new data emerged. Adam told “reluctantly and avoidance”, according to the act of social services, that he had given up on Elias then one -year -old daughter Tindra sexually, and that her father looked on and said it was okay.
But the source of the information was the mother.
The fathers’ alleged abuse would have occurred in a hidden room with a bed at Elia’s former workplace, which Adam described in detail.
There was no such room.
“No indicate that the girl is being exposed”
Two teams at the same social office started each investigation. Elias and his wife were called to a meeting.
– It was just to appear, and get a minor shock for the rest of his life, says Elias wife Anna.
One team judged the allegations as so vague that the investigation of Elia’s family was closed down, on the grounds that “there is no evidence to indicate that the girl is subjected to sexual abuse by father or any other child or adult”.
– Of course it was a relief. But given the story my friend has, there was always a fear. When will the next accusation come? says Elias.
Adam was placed on HVB homes
In another room at the social services, Daniel and Adam were investigated for the same event. But there the social secretary concluded that the sexual abuse had happened.
What did not happen to Elias and Anna’s daughter was still considered to have happened to Adam. This led to the social service inserting even more powerful efforts.
Eight years old, Adam was placed in an HVB home. He lived there for three months without schooling and contact with other children.

Johan Klingborg, who has been social director in Helsingborg for 1.5 years, has taken part in Adam’s case before UG’s interview, but not what was the case.
How can a manager have two teams that come up with two completely different conclusions?
– They have weighed the information they have received and landed in an assessment.
But you have to understand that it looks completely incomprehensible?
– I can’t make that assessment on the basis that I don’t have details in it, says Johan Klingborg.
Elias, Anna, Tindra, Adam and Daniel are really something else.
