The FA Cup draw pitted Arsenal and Manchester United against

The reigning champions of the FA Cup, Manchester United, were drawn as a guest of Arsenal in the 3rd round.

Fourteen-time FA Cup winners Arsenal host Manchester United, who captured the trophy last year, in the FA Cup 3rd Round.

Among the other Premier League top clubs, Liverpool will welcome Accrington Stanley from the second division and Manchester City will welcome Salford City.

Tamworth, which is the second of the non-league clubs still participating in the competition and the lowest ranking club, gets to test Tottenham at home.

Chelsea will meet Jumbo Morecambe of the second league at home, and Bromley, who are at the bottom of the same league, will travel to St James’ Park away from Newcastle.

The third round qualifiers will be played at the turn of the week on the 11th–12th. January.
