Internal communication between officials shows that the use of extras in the video has been considered if the number of spontaneous reactions from passers-by on the street would fall short. However, “the use of such a video would not have been desirable, because the core of the guerrilla action was addressing casual passers-by. If extras had been used, we would of course have put this clearly as a disclaimer with the video,” says the municipality.
