The European Tour fined the players who chose to fight to be able to play on both tours. But the independent sports court Sport Resolution ruled in favor of the European Tour.
“We welcome today’s decision in Sport Resolution which maintains our regulations and the ability to use them,” European Tour CEO Keith Pelley said in a statement.
