This is a question that comes up regularly in the debates between European kyiv allied countries: the confiscation of Russian assets. Several hundred billion euros have been frozen since the start of the conflict.
While the United States puts pressure on Ukraine to accept a peace agreement which would not necessarily be favorable to her, within the EU, more and more votes are raising to request that Russian assets be used to finance the war effort and the reconstruction of the country.
