It would be a dream trip. Lars Haglund and his partner would hike among the alpine peaks in Austria and visit the famous opera in Salzburg. They got up in the middle of the night on June 4, to be at Arlanda three hours before the flight was to leave at 06.10 in the morning. But despite hours in queues and the airline postponing the departure time, they did not have time. The dream trip went up in smoke. Then came the next shock. The 38,000 kronor they have paid for the trip seems to be completely lost. Nobody wants to take responsibility. In the clip above, Lars Haglund tells more about the journey that went up in smoke.
