While the AFC/m23, supported by the Rwandan army, entered Bukavu this weekend, the heads of state of the African Union, were gathered in Addis Ababa for their annual summit. The conflict gave rise to stormy exchanges on Friday evening. At the end of the summit this Sunday, there was no sanctions, or explicit conviction of Rwanda as the DRC claims. No concrete announcement either on a plan to leave the crisis. This war between Rwanda and the DRC creates discomfort within the organization.
