The Spiritborn came to Diablo 4 with the Vessel of Hatred expansion and is currently the strongest class in the game. Soon many of you will be able to get a brief impression of him for yourself. And without having to buy the expansion.
Update, December 14, 2024: The article has been updated with new information about the current event.
This is the spirit-born: With the first expansion to Diablo 4, Vessel of Hatred, the new class came into play: the Spiritborn. The “Spiritborn” have a connection to the “Spirit Guardians” and can summon them to use their skills. They currently dominate the tier list of the best builds for Season 6 and are even slightly stronger than the competition in the best tier.
In order to be able to play the spirit-born, you actually have to purchase the DLC – it costs just under 40 euros. However, you will soon have the chance to play the class for a short period of time without paying any money.
When can I test the Spiritborn? You can get the spiritborn class from December 19, 2024 to January 3, 2025 test – on Battle.net, Xbox and PlayStation. This is a good opportunity to get a small impression of the class, whose crazy builds the community is always actively discussing. If you like the class and then buy Vessel of Hatred, your progress will be carried over.
What can I test? During testing you can play the new class and level up to level 25. You can take a look at many of the skills and the spirit hall of the spirit-born and try out the fast gameplay. You can find out more about this in our overview of all the skills of the spirit-born.
However, other events will take place in Diablo 4 during the offer, making it even more worthwhile to start the game from December 19th.
Events for more gold, XP and loot
That’s why it’s even more worth playing: Parallel to the offer to try out the Spiritborn, two other events are starting in Diablo 4. Here you can level up faster and kill special enemies for special loot. So it’s definitely worth taking a look at the game at this point – perfect for leveling up new characters or further expanding your existing ones.
The following events await you soon in Diablo 4:
You also have the opportunity to boost a player character on the Eternal Realm. If your character is already at level 50, you will still receive legendary items. If you own Vessel of Hatred, you can boost 2 player characters (via Blizzard).
For the boost you have to go to Kyovashad and you will then receive level 50, various builds to choose from, a gear set, gold, mats and donations, which you can exchange for strong loot at the curiosity dealer. To do this, you unlock all of Lilith’s altars. This is particularly useful for those who haven’t done it yet.
Will you take advantage of the offer and look at the spirit-born? The Spiritborn is currently the strongest class in Diablo 4, but be warned: that could change with Season 7. Blizzard has no nerfs planned for the upcoming midseason update, but adjustments have been announced for the next season. The developers advise players to enjoy what they have for now.
