The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Assad regime in Turkey, Russia, Iran and Syria on “Syria” started in Moscow. During the meeting, it is planned to exchange views on the normalization of relations between Turkey and Syria, to discuss humanitarian issues, including the fight against terrorism, the political process, the voluntary, safe and dignified return of asylum seekers.
LAVROV WILL HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE
Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Iranian Foreign Minister Hüseyin Emir Abdullahiyan and Foreign Minister of the Bashar Assad regime in Syria Faisal al-Mikdad are attending the meeting held at the Russian Foreign Ministry building in the capital Moscow.
At the meeting, where Lavrov will make the opening speech in the open to the press, consultations on the solution of the Syrian crisis will be held.
Before the meeting, Çavuşoğlu met with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov.
