Among the theories that worry fans the most is that a main character of the series could die. Some imagine that Eddie, Steve or Nancy could succumb at the end of Stranger Things 4, sacrificing themselves to defeat Vecna. To Variety, the Duffer brothers revealed that “there will be something to be concerned about the characters” in the rest of the series, without saying more. “Everyone is in danger.
