With a budget of over SEK 8,250,000, the family now hopes that the experts will succeed in finding their dream home. The real estate agent Sebastian Stojanovic on the other hand, urges them not to be too locked into Lugnet in particular, due to the very limited supply.

The couple is forced to compromise

On the couple’s list of requirements is proximity to Lugnet, living space of at least 150 square meters and a generous annex with room for a garage, future rental unit and storage.

But after a long period of searching, Sebastian Stojanovic is forced to ask the couple to compromise and give in to one of the demands. The couple can consider giving up the living space, but not the location.

The reaction in Buying a house blindly: “It goes awry” When the couple take off the blindfolds, they are a little disappointed… Photo: TV3/”Buying a house blindly”

When the couple take off their blindfolds for the first time in their new house, they are far from impressed by what they see. The house from the 70s is in great need of a lift, and consists of a lot of pine elements. And there is a certain detail that makes them extra puzzled.

– The first thing we were met with was a vault, and it goes wrong. It’s like a pizzeria to me, says Lovisa.

Neither the kitchen, the living room nor the bedrooms are really to the couple’s liking.

The bedrooms are not a favorite of the couple. Photo: TV3/”Husköp i blindo””The bedrooms are rather stale,” says Lovisa. Photo: TV3/”Buying a house blindly”

– They are rather stale bedrooms, says Lovisa.

– It is not the obvious object that I would prioritize a display of. I think a lot depended on the situation, says Andreas.

After that, the pine party from the 70s will be gone, and the interior design expert Lena Nyholm starting the renovation. Now Lovisa and Andreas will hopefully finally get their dream house.
