After a week, she received a reply from Governor Helena Jonsson, who gives her permission if she only promises to take a picture of the unicorns and take good care of them.
– I think authorities should respond to letters they receive, says Governor Helena Jonsson.
The story of Elsie’s letter and the response from the governor has quickly spread on social media.
Elsie realizes that the chance of finding a unicorn is limited on a scale, but she is hopeful.
– I think it might be 5 out of 10 to find one, she says.
