The Constitutional Council censored, this Thursday, February 13, ten articles of the state budget for 2025, but no key element is found in this decision which constituted the last stage before the promulgation of the text.

The Sageswhich had been seized by appeals from RN and LFI deputies, also estimated that the presentation of the finance bill with delay in Parliament was “not substantially involved in the requirements of clarity and sincerity of the parliamentary debate” .
