The company behind Sindibad loses the building permit battle in court

The store has received repeated fines for deficiencies in both food and waste management.

When Örebro municipality did not grant Sindibad a new building permit, the company appealed first to the county administrative board and then to the Land and Environment Court. Both have now rejected the appeal.
