When Örebro municipality did not grant Sindibad a new building permit, the company appealed first to the county administrative board and then to the Land and Environment Court. Both have now rejected the appeal.

SVT Nyheter Örebro has been in contact with Sindibad’s legal representative, who currently does not want to answer whether they will also appeal to the Land and Environment Court of Appeal, which is the last instance.
