(Finance) – The Global leader in the capital goods sector announced the dates for public disclosure of the economic-financial results which will be examined by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting during 2023 and the conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data.
The leaders of CNH Industrial they also announced that, should the Shareholders’ Meeting approve a dividend for the 2022 financial year, the related ex-dividend date would take place in April 2023 and specified that this information is provided for the sole purpose of complying with regulatory obligations and not it can be interpreted as an anticipation of the possible distribution of dividends in 2023 or in subsequent years.
