It was on Friday that it became known that Ivo, the Inspectorate for Care and Care, is revoking Mölnbacka Ungdomshem AB’s permission to conduct HVB activities at the manor in Deje. This is because Ivo assesses that there have been improper conditions at the accommodation that pose a danger to the young people’s lives, health and safety and that those who run the business do not have the ability to remedy the deficiencies.
By today at the latest, the seven young people who live there would be discharged.
But the company that runs the accommodation believes that the decision is incorrect and has appealed and requested inhibition – which means that they can continue to run the accommodation while waiting for the Administrative Court to take a position on the matter. Something that the court has now approved.
