About 1,500 French people with serious illnesses have voluntarily tested therapeutic cannabis for the past year. This experiment, in which more than 200 hospitals are participating, should allow ultimately the government to decide on the legalization of therapeutic cannabis. Suffering from epilepsy, cancers, neuropathic pain or even multiple sclerosis, these patients swallow drops of oil or inhale cannabis flower powder, under strict medical supervision. The experiment should last another year.
