See in the clip how the children’s drawings come to life with animation.
The idea of the exhibition is to show the children’s stories about war, peace, the homeland Ukraine and the new country.
– What we highlight are the children’s thoughts about what it is like to live in migration. Here the focus is on hope and faith in the future. Stories from children who tell how they feel and how they want to see themselves in this society, says project manager Dragan Nikolic.
The drawings begin to move
If you scan a QR code on the drawings with your mobile phone, you can see interviews with children but also how the children’s pictures come to life.
– Then you see how the drawing starts to move and you see the planes bombing and you feel the children’s emotions in the drawing. You can follow a story about escaping and coming to a new place, says Samuel Thelin at Malmö Museum.
The exhibition runs until June 6.
