The Central African Republic bans a march against the draft

The BRDC, the bloc which brings together the main leaders of the Central African opposition, had called for a peaceful march on Friday July 14 in Bangui to denounce the draft new Constitution, the content of which has been revealed. But the government banned the gathering on Thursday, July 13, because of the “security situation” and the “subversive nature” of the initiative taken by the BRDC.
