Lars Karlsson has held the post of Center Party group leader in the region since 2016. But now the party has chosen to poke him. According to Southeast it is about criticism of Karlsson’s leadership in the party.

The Center Party’s nomination committee in Region Blekinge has proposed that Ronneby politician Kevin Ny be appointed vice chairman of the regional board and become group leader instead of Lars Karlsson.
However, Lars Karlsson will continue to sit in the regional council.
