It is a tired and slightly shy world winner who meets SVT Nyheter Västmanland in the family’s house just outside Norberg. Which is not so strange as only a few days ago Sivan took home the title of World Winner in the semi-longhair category during a competition in Belgium.
But the owners Susan and Sören Kedert are all the more proud after Sivan’s victory, they know that the competition is tough as several of the cats that are competing are considered to be the best.
– We know that she is beautiful even though she is ten years old. You can’t have expectations, but hopes, says Sören Kedert.
Experienced and world-class
Sören Kedert describes Sivan as an experienced cat lady as she was already exhibited as a kitten.
– She thinks it’s fun to get attention. I would say that she is really charming at the same time as she is cruel, says Sören.
It is not the first time that Sivan has traveled abroad to compete, as last year she also competed in Italy.
