The war in Ukraine has put the cash issue in a new light. The vulnerability of society and people’s need to be able to buy things even in a crisis situation is crucial for the country’s preparedness. Since cash has decreased in Sweden, it makes us very vulnerable if a crisis or war situation arises. Which agencies are responsible for the cash supply in a crisis situation?
