The Carthage International Festival, Tunisia’s biggest musical event, has resumed after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. And the concerts are in full swing, to the delight of spectators who discover a more diverse program this year. Several young artists from the Tunisian alternative scene perform there, such as Noor and his brother Selim Arjoon.
