“We have spent the last week or so reviewing all our routines,” he continues and says Gröna Lund is now “ready” to welcome visitors again.
According to Jan Eriksson, a “couple of thousand” visitors had arrived at the park at half past twelve on Wednesday.
He cannot currently answer how many visitors are expected during the day, but expects a “calmer Gröna Lund” for some time to come.
“I hope that the guests regain their trust in us,” he says.
The park, which was closed for a week after the accident, already opened on Monday, but then as a walking park, to mourn the victims of the accident.
– It turned out as I myself had hoped for in advance, a calm and quiet moment where we received quite a few guests and employees, says Jan Eriksson.
One person died and nine were injured on Sunday, June 25, when Gröna Lund’s roller coaster Jetline partially derailed.
