The Canal+assistance site, which brings together the mutual aid community of Canal+subscribers, closed on December 27, 2024. A temporary closure which was to allow Canal+to update the platform. Which should only have lasted a few days, however, was elusive, but the site finally reopened this February 18. It is thus again possible to post messages and obtain responses from the assistance.

Canal+ assistance: the platform is full of new products

The new forum is structured around four major sections: reception, FAQ, community and self-diagnosis. The Home section displays the latest news and important alerts, the most frequent questions and the latest subjects posted on the forum. There are also quick access to customer space, profile, and other useful links.

The FAQ section allows you to seek information on a subscription, a procedure or the configuration of an installation. It is advisable to see if the answer to his question is not already in this space before posting a message on the forum. Speaking of forum, you can access it via the community tab, which allows you to exchange with other subscribers.

Finally, the self-diagnostic space will prove useful in the event of a technical problem, because, as its name suggests, this section offers an online diagnosis in order to locate the origin of the difficulties encountered, whether for installation or the use of a satellite, TNT or ADSL decoder.
