The British Royal Navy is currently tracking the Russian spy ship Jantar, says the Defense Minister John Healey. Jantar is currently in the English Channel.
According to Healey, Jantar collects information about Britain’s undersea infrastructure for Russia and maps it. It is already the second time in a short time that Jantar is in British waters, Healey told the parliament session.
Healey also said that Britain will send a P8 Orion reconnaissance aircraft and other aircraft to the Baltic Sea surveillance operation.
