Starr also reveals that he has grown distant from his original favorite superhero over time.
I always liked Batman. But then I got older and thought, ‘He’s really just a guy. He’s just a guy with a butler and money and a few gadgetsbut he’s not real, he’s not a superhero.’
At the same time, he emphasizes that he is very excited to see what James Gunn does with Batman in the newly founded DC Universe. The Brave and the Bold is a film about the Dark Knight that has nothing to do with Robert Pattinson’s version.
