On October 13 last year, the police were alerted to a store in Kongsberg, Norway. 38-year-old Espen Andersen Bråthen shot at people in the store with a bow. During the half hour that followed, he spread terror in the city and killed five people. Today he was sentenced to forensic psychiatric care.
