There are more than 7 million active streamers on Twitch, but only a few of them are as big as MontanaBlack or xQc. Now there are tips from the boss himself on how to be successful on Twitch.
Who is the boss of Twitch? Dan Clancy became CEO of Twitch in 2023 and was immediately faced with a whole host of challenges. Many content creators were dissatisfied with the streaming platform and felt they weren’t supported enough.
Twitch was said to be “out of touch”, too far away from the people. Recently, Clancy also admitted that the platform is simply not profitable.

After all, Clancy has 33,800 followers on Twitch and averaged 407 viewers in the last 3 months (via TwitchTracker). When asked about this, he reveals a third secret of success: First, you have to become the boss of Twitch.
