Three boys were sentenced for the bomb in Kungsträdgården.
Now the police can connect the case to Foxtrot.
A sharp explosive device was found at the Opera basement in Kungsträdgården in Stockholm at the end of August 2022.
Three boys were later convicted of the crime.
But where the bomb came from, and who the boys worked for, has previously been unclear.
Now the police can link the explosive to Foxtrot.
Revealed in young man’s phone
A memo summarizing information about the network and its leader Rawa Majid states that the bomb parts used in Kungsträdgården are believed to have come from a warehouse belonging to Foxtrot.
The bag found at Operakällaren contained components for a bomb – including 455 grams of dynamite and a mobile phone which was the likely remote trigger. The National Bomb Squad then destroyed the bag.
In connection with another investigation, the police have found film clips of the bag and the explosives in a 22-year-old man’s phone. The 22-year-old man is linked to the Bridge Network, which was allied with Foxtrot at the time.
Linked to other Foxtrot matter
A 15-year-old was convicted in 2023 for transporting the bomb on the commuter train from Västerhaninge in southern Stockholm and then placing it outside the entrance to the Opera Källaren.

He was also convicted of having stored another explosive charge in a wooded area in Jordbro. The police have also been able to connect that explosive charge to Foxtrot, according to the police PM.
A 16-year-old boy was convicted of inciting the crime. According to the verdict, he had caused the 15-year-old to place the explosive device.
Another 15-year-old was sentenced for aiding and abetting the crime by lending an electric scooter to the perpetrator.
All the boys were sentenced to youth care.
– The current quantity of explosives, if it had detonated, would have meant a great risk of fatal injuries. Against this background, the crime has been assessed as serious with a high penalty value. If the convicts had been adults, they would therefore have been sentenced to long prison sentences, said the president of the court, Axel Taliercio, in a comment when the verdict was handed down.
“Blow up half the town”
The bag was found at the same time as a cultural festival was going on in Stockholm with thousands of people there. If the bomb had been detonated, a large number of people would have been at risk of injury.
One of the convicted 15-year-olds had written in a group chat that he had placed a bag and then received a reply in a message:
“Brother, you’re going to blow up half the town soon”.
Shortly afterwards he replied “Hahahahahahahaha”.
