As is the case these days, a well-known Twitch streamer not only has nice messages in his inbox. Germany’s largest streamer, EkiasN97, has now taken revenge on some people who recently insulted him on social media.
Who is it about? Elias Nerlich is a 25-year-old streamer, content creator and former FIFA professional best known by the names EliasN97 or “Eligella”.
Streamer gives hope of a win and then takes it back
How does he get his revenge? Elias Nerlich is currently giving away a car, or rather a Porsche worth 170,000 euros. With the raffle he wants to give something back to his community, as a kind of “thank you” for the support, the streamer writes on Instagram.
Nerlich has now posted some screenshots of chat histories on Twitter in which he was insulted by the person he was talking to because, for example, he was joking about the result of the soccer game between FC Bayern Munich and SC Freiburg.
Nerlich wrote to the people who had previously insulted him, some of them baseless, that they had been shortlisted for the Porsche competition and should get in touch with him shortly. The “fans” then reacted with statements like “You’re the best” and “I’m in every stream”.
Nerlich then referred to the insults in the chats and made it clear to the people that they would not receive the car.
So, as revenge for the insults, the streamer first gave them the hope of winning a 170,000 euro car and then took it away again.
Even if Nerlich had an ingenious answer to the insults, hostilities on social media are of course still a problem. A voice actress recently withdrew because of a wave of hate.
