For eleven seasons we followed the story of a group of people fighting for survival in the zombie apocalypse. The 11th season of The Walking Dead is extra long: instead of the usual 16 episodes 24 episodes await us, in which we can say goodbye to the characters. These were originally released in three blocks on the US broadcaster AMC. You can now binge the final season in one go on Netflix.

Everything depends on the episode rest in peace beyond, the very final chapter of The Walking Dead. In 65 minutes, director Greg Nicotero, who directed the most spectacular episodes of the series, brings together all the storylines in a nerve-wracking finale that works very well, especially on an emotional level.
