It’s the return of the sun and barbecues in the garden with family and friends. But the next day, it’s always the same problem: how to clean your barbecue without difficulty? Here are some tips for an impeccable result.
A few guidelines and tips before you get started
- Wear gloves and appropriate clothing so as not to burn yourself and get dirty.
- Clean the stainless steel griddles preferably when cold.
- For enamel planchas, you can clean them hot, but beware of thermal shock. Avoid throwing ice cubes on it when the plancha is still hot, you could damage the enamel.
- For charcoal barbecues: after use, let the embers fan, they will continue to heat the grill, and the remains of food hung on will thus be charred and easier to remove.
