Sometimes you don’t feel like playing Diablo 4 with other people and just want to breeze through the game on your own. That’s why we asked you which class is best for traveling solo.
While it can be fun to play Diablo 4 in a group, there is also something appealing about playing alone. We wanted to know from you in our survey which class is the best for you for a “solo run” – and 3,113 people voted.
Below we list the rankings that your vote resulted in – starting with the class with the fewest votes up to the class that you see as the best class for the solo run.
5th place – hunter
With 321 votes, 10% of you voted for the Hunter as the best solo class. The hunter’s screw blade build is suitable for quick leveling. And in the tier list for the endgame, the hunter is represented at the top with a build: With the “Piercing Shot” build you have solid range and are agile.
The ranged build relies on a quick succession of precise shots that mow down individual enemies just as quickly as large groups. But the other builds are also suitable for solo runs in Diablo 4 thanks to their maneuverability.
4th place – Druid
For you, the Druid takes fourth place in the voting – 556 of you, i.e. 18%, see the Druid as the best class for solo play.
In order to level up the druid quickly, we have put together a suitable build for you here. And one of the best builds for the druid in the endgame is the thunderstorm build, because: With a new unique, he now has the potential to top the tier list in Season 3.
As a thunderstorm druid, you become a spellcaster who stands in the middle of dozens of lightning bolts and roasts the enemies.
3rd place – magician
For 19% of you (591 votes), the Wizard is the best class to tackle Diablo 4 solo. For leveling, we recommend an aggressive electric whip build where you can venture into the fray. In the endgame, three builds in particular stand out, proving themselves either through massive damage, their usefulness or, above all, their effectiveness against heavy enemies.
A popular wizard build is the Blizzard build. The magicians rely on blizzards and barriers and rely on the fact that they can remain standing in the opponents while they beat them or watch them die frozen.
2nd place – Necromancer
With 670 votes (22%), the Necromancer takes second place. Melanie writes in the comment under our survey that she “NEVER travels solo”. “I have my golem that knocks everything flat and my skeletons that help. For many of the smaller enemies I don’t even have to turn around because they are taken care of before I even react.”
While many players forego Minions in the endgame and switch to the Bone Spear or Infinimist build, the skeletons are welcome companions for leveling, especially up to level 50.
1st place – Barbarian
With 975 votes (31%), the Barbarian is the top choice to tackle Diablo 4 solo. The HotA Barbarian is a particularly popular build for many players and is also at the top of the endgame builds.
The HotA Barbarian, short for Hammer of the Ancients, relies entirely on the skill of the same name. Using buffs and screams, you can make the blow so powerful that you simply wipe out all the enemies around you. This can cause billions of dollars in damage.
Bert writes in his comment on MeinMMO: “Definitely the HotA Barb and the Blizzard Sorc.” And Zox notes that he never had any problems with the Druid or the Necromancer in the solo game. He only played the barbarian at the beginning of Diablo 4 until the first season started, but he now wants to test it out.
