Video game adaptations have finally reached their golden era. What The Last of Us recently proved had to be made clear to everyone beforehand with the grandiose Arcane. Collider’s top Netflix original series on IMDb will return with a second season that finally has a start date. Fans of the animation mix of sci-fi and fantasy elements are excited about the announcement, but annoyed about the time frame.

Arcane is set in the world of the video game League of Legends and revolves around the unlikely sisters Jinx (voice: Ella Purnell) and Vi (Hailee Steinfeld). In the simmering conflict between the rich city of Piltover and the run-down district of Zaun they find themselves on different pages.
As Netflix has now announced, Arcane Season 2 is scheduled to release on November 2, 2024. The majority of fans are completely enthusiastic about the long-awaited reveal.
