You can only get the unique attunement stone “Genesis” from Echo of Malphas.
Because the Genesis Stone increases the effectiveness of the skill by 150%, and “Adrenaline Surge” multiplicatively increases the player character’s damage by 20%, according to “RageGamingVideos” you should end up with a multiplicative bonus of a whopping 50% and a few more bonuses.

“Hurricane” as an alternative

“Break Support” ensures that enemy barriers are destroyed. There is also a chance to make enemies vulnerable for 2 seconds – at rank 10 the chance is 100%. “Security Support” grants you damage reduction, and “Efficiency Support” increases your critical strike chance for targets hit.
