    The storyline of Top Gun: Maverick certainly doesn’t win any awards for originality. However, this is by no means disturbing. Director Joseph Kosinski and his team have one incredibly gripping film created, which gets the absolute maximum of action and excitement from its simple premise.

    The aviator scenes in particular are among the most breathtaking things to see on the big screen this year. We are right in the cockpit, sticking to the wings and feel the force of the engines. Top Gun: Maverick lets us experience every daring maneuver first hand. There probably hasn’t been an action movie since Mad Max: Fury Road that has shaken you up like this.
