Top Gun 2 impressed in the cinema with insane stunts and an emotional story
The story is simple and precisely tailored to the attractions that Top Gun 2 has to offer: Tom Cruise, Tom Cruise in a real jet cockpit, Tom Cruise in the autumn of his life, Tom Cruise on a motorcycle, Tom Cruise with a bare torso Beach football.
The star also drove the entire crew to achieve top performance – and the effort paid off. The dynamics of the flight maneuvers were transferred to the cinema and carried the audience away. There was also a great soundtrack and touching cameos.
Top Gun 2 finally swung to the most successful film of the year (excluding Avatar 2) and the twelfth most successful film in history. The action blockbuster even became a serious candidate for Best Film at the 2023 Oscars. Ultimately, it wasn’t enough for that. But that hardly dampens the mood around Top Gun 2.
