In the Central African Republic, the Bangui Court of Appeal opened its second criminal session of the current year on Tuesday, December 3. For this new criminal session, 54 cases involving at least 100 accused are included in the roll.

Among the expected files is the opponent’s case Dominique Yandocka, arrested on December 15, 2023. Incarcerated at the Roux camp military prison in Bangui, the deputy will appear on December 20 for attempted coup d’état.
Another important file concerns the former Minister of Arts and Cultures of Central African Republic, Dieudonné Ndomate. Acquitted in 2023 by the Court of Appeal for endangering the internal security of the State, conspiracy and criminal conspiracy, the former leader of the anti-balaka armed group will be tried for the same charges during this criminal session .
The session, which opened this Tuesday, December 3, will end on December 27.
