The properties offer many advantages:

  • You have control over the materials that can be mined within your property.
  • You determine the image of the region. Because other players can traverse the plots at any time, mine materials there or use the buildings for their own purposes.

    What happens if I don’t get a plot? Since the number of properties is limited, many players will have to resort to an alternative. Then there are the instanced houses that can be found in every town. These vary in size depending on how much rent you want to pay.

    Each player can have their own house per server and decorate and set it up as they wish. There will be furniture that you can place freely. For example, you can practice your profession there, use it as additional storage space and display achievements.

    What happens if a house or property is destroyed during a siege? During sieges of a node, houses and properties can be destroyed, especially if a new group takes control.

    The buildings will then be destroyed, but you will keep your decorations and the items you stored in them. You’ll also get a blueprint that you can use to restore everything to its original state once you regain ownership of a house or lot.
