An armed attack was carried out by unidentified people in the South Shore region of Chicago, USA. The attackers, who were walking around with the vehicle and shooting randomly, shot the 5-month-old baby in another vehicle. After many first aid and police teams arrived at the scene, the authorities announced that the baby was a 5-month-old girl named Cecilia Thomas and died in the attack.
Chicago police reported that a 41-year-old man, who was in another vehicle, also suffered an eye injury and was taken to hospital.
