Rijkswaterstaat is working on the second round of road surface works on the A2 near Utrecht. Since yesterday evening, the motorway has been closed in the direction of Den Bosch between the Oudenrijn and Everdingen junctions. Last week, it came to a complete standstill and chaos ensued. The result: many angry and frustrated motorists. Measures have been taken to prevent new traffic chaos. Nevertheless, Rijkswaterstaat warns that traffic jams cannot be ruled out.
