The year was 1988 when 17-year-old Sara Westin, who was strongly involved in the refugee flow of the time, got involved in a protest in the square in Härnösand.
When she and a friend were murdered by one of the refugees on September 2, 1989, it was her father Stig Wallin who took over.

And today, 36 years later, the questions are unfortunately the same. The first speaker in Härnösand today was the newly appointed bishop Teresia Derlén.
