How was the ranking created? For the ranking, we compared all the female characters from the anime Naruto Shippuden. The fighting power and special skills of each character were particularly evaluated. Naruto Classic and Boruto are not included in this ranking. On this basis, we present you the 5 strongest women from Naruto Shippuden.

5th place: Chiyo
Chiyo, a great kunoichi from Sunagakure, is known for her puppetry skills and is often unfairly underestimated. She can control up to ten puppets at once, including her legendary puppets, Sasori’s father and mother. With her puppets, she even managed to conquer an entire castle all by herself in the past.
Despite her age, Chiyo uses her extensive experience to compensate for her physical limitations and act strategically in battles.
In addition to her expertise in puppetry, Chiyo is also an excellent doctor. She has mastered complex medical jutsu and is able to treat even the most serious injuries. An outstanding example of her medical skills is the reincarnation jutsu, which enabled her to bring Gaara back to life – although it ultimately claimed her own life.
Her skills and extensive experience make her one of the most capable and respected shinobi.
4th place: Sakura
Sakura Haruno has exceptional chakra control. This allows her to use techniques efficiently and significantly increase her physical strength. By concentrating chakra, she can perform extremely powerful attacks.
Under Tsunade’s training, Sakura has developed enormous physical strength, allowing her to seriously injure opponents and cause massive destruction. This strength is particularly evident in her Taijutsu, where she has learned to concentrate chakra in her strikes and release it explosively. She can also quickly see through opponents’ genjutsu and dispel them.
Sakura learned advanced medical jutsu from Tsunade, including Creation Rebirth, which allows her to recover from injuries almost instantly. She also has extensive knowledge of medicinal herbs and poisons. Sakurau can also use the Kuchiyose no Jutsu (English: Jutsu of the Trusting Spirit) to summon snails to assist her in battle.
In addition, Sakura is characterized by her high intelligence and analytical skills. She can quickly see through her opponent’s techniques, predict their movements and develop effective strategies.
3rd place: Mei Terumi
Mei Terumi, the fifth Mizukage of Kirigakure, is an impressive and powerful kunoichi. Her strength comes primarily from her unique abilities: she is the only known person who naturally possesses two Kekkei Genkai. The Lava element (Yōton) allows her to create liquid lava that has high attack power and can penetrate even strong defenses. The Steam element (Futton) lets her create a corrosive mist that can even melt the mighty Susano’o.
Additionally, Mei masters the elements of earth (Doton), water (Suiton) and fire (Katon), which increases her versatility in combat. Her exceptional chakra control allows her to use these techniques precisely and effectively – making her one of the most dangerous opponents.
