Mikko Rantanen and Sebastian Aho were responsible for the Finnish goals in the night’s NHL round. Anaheim’s Adam Henrique was responsible for the hat trick of the round.
The Carolina Hurricanes in the ice hockey NHL Sebastian Aho scored his team’s only goal against the Washington Capitals. The actual game time ended in a 1-1 situation and the game was decided in favor of the Capitals with winning shots.
The goal was the 12th this season for Aho, who fired a goal directly from a pass.
Aho and Carolina in the competition for the winning goal Teuvo Teräväinen did not succeed in scoring. The only success with winning shots was the Capitals Yevgeny Kuznetsov.
Great steering from the beach
Colorado Avalanche Mikko Rantanen scored his 15th goal of the season at home against the San Jose Sharks. Rantanen directed by Nathan MacKinnon pass directly in from in front of the goal. Rantanen took the Avalanche to a 2–0 lead with a handsome header.
Colorado eventually won the game 6–2. The character of the match was MacKinnon, who assisted Rantanen’s goal, and recorded 2+2 performances. MacKinnon, who is on the NHL’s point exchange, is now on a 15-game point streak.
San Jose Power Man Mikael Granlund had an assist on both of the Sharks’ power play goals he scored Tomas Hertl.
Rantanen, who leads the Finns in points this season, now has 39 (15+24) power points under his belt. Granlund’s balance is 3+18=21.
Henrique’s first career NHL hat trick
Anaheim was responsible for the hat trick of the round Adam Henrique, for whom the helmet trick in the NHL was the first of his career. The 33-year-old Canadian forward shone in the away game Erik Haulan against the New Jersey Devils. Henrique scored two goals in the second period and one in the third period as the Ducks celebrated a 5–1 away victory.
Henrique’s first goal was scored on a power play, the second on an even field and the third on an empty net. He has recorded 16 (9+7) points in 29 games of the season.
– This is something special. This place is special to me because I played here for so long, Henrique, who played for New Jersey for the first seven years of his career (2011-2017), expressed the atmosphere.
The win snapped Anaheim’s five-game losing streak.
