Emilie Meng disappeared in the summer of 2016 in Korsør and was later found dead. In 2023, a 13-year-old girl disappeared in Kirkerup in southwestern Zealand. A day later, she was found in a residence in Korsør.
In connection with this, a 32-year-old man was arrested who was soon also detained for the murder of Emilie Meng. Now the man is charged with the murder. He is also accused of having held the 13-year-old prisoner and of having attacked another minor girl.
“The 32-year-old man is charged with, among other things, subjecting Emilie Meng to long-term captivity, for having raped and killed her.” writes the police in the press release.
The man is also charged with rape and attempted murder of the 13-year-old girl he allegedly kidnapped last year.
