Nestled in Anse de Corton in Cassis, the restaurant La Villa Madie overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Chef Dimitri Droisneau, a Norman in love with Provence, offers a land and sea cuisine, which follows the seasons and which varies “according to the mood of our Mediterranean”. His creations sublimate aromatic, iodized or mineral cuisine, with dishes such as “carabineros shrimp, red fruit tartlet where the iodized and saline association of shellfish with fruit is a heavenly harmony”, details the Michelin Guide.
