(Finance) – The Company active in the renewable energy sectorcommunicated the dates of the meetings of the Shareholders’ Assembly and the Board of Directors scheduled for 2024 for the examination and approval of the economic-financial data and the conference calls for the presentation of the results.
In line with the dividend policy, the management of ERG announced that any dividend payments will be made in May.
