(Finance) – The Pharmaceutical group communicated the calendar of corporate events for the entire year, confirming the dissemination of quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial information.
The leaders of Register also announced that the payment of the balance of the dividend for the 2022 financial year is scheduled for 24 May, with ex-dividend date on 22 May, while the payment of the interim dividend relating to the 2023 financial year is scheduled for 22 November, with detachment date of 20 November and specified that this communication does not assume any forecasting value with regard to the existence of the conditions for the distribution of the dividend.
